I am a 24 year old girl living in the U.S i am originally from Colombia and and from a Colombia-Irish family. My mom & i moved back to the U.S when i was 15 but ended up going back home. I am with my partner for 8 years now and am engaged and i love him dearly. He was part of a very dangerous gang back home and i ended up leaving him as i could live with it anymore, He is now 3 years away from that lifestyle, He left so we could be together. I still go back to Colombia to see my dad, but my partner cant come with me as he is a 'marked' man there. Sometimes at night he will wake up with nightmares from his past and what he has done, i just wish he could forget it. He had so much hatred back there and lost control of his life to the gang. I feel like i don't know if i can live like this anymore. Sometimes i look at him and see him as an ex murderer that he was or whatever he did but i now see how changed he is, going to church etc. I really dont know what i should do. Fish problem!!!!!!!!!?

okay so i have this orange platy that i got form the pet store about 2 weeks ago. but lately its stomach is discolored like almost a yellowish brown and bigger than usual. i looked up these symptoms online and they all point to the fish being pregnant. i'm not sure if the fish got pregnant at the pet store or in my home aquarium, but i do not have any other platys in my home aquarium. I have mollies, serpae tetras, a cory, a neon tetra, and a black skirt tetra. could any of these species of fish interbreed with my platy? i'm not completely convinced though, and neither are my parents. my dad said he'll beleive the fish is pregnant when you see a bunch of little black dots on her stomach, which he says are the baby fish eyes. i'm not sure if this fact is true, but if it is it seems like the fish would have be very far along to be able to see the baby fishes eyes. the problem is, my dad won't buy the floating breeding tank until he is sure its pregnant. now i don't know alot about fish, but i know that they tend to eat their young, so i would not like the fish to give birth without the breeding tank. are there any tell-tale behavior or signs of pregnant orange platys that i can show him to convince him? i'm trying to figure out how to upload a video so you can make the judgement on whether or not the platy is pregnant.

Why is my '05 Mustang GT idling funny?

Two days ago, I had my battery replaced. As soon as the new battery was in, my engine started idling funny. It seems to hover at about 600rpm, then briefly dips down as low as 300, where it's on the brink of stalling. Last night, in fact, it did stall. Other than that, it seems to be running just fine. Any ideas? Could my chip have been "reflashed" when they put the new battery in?

My car will not go into gear while it is running?

I have a 1998 Honda Prelude. This morning, I started it up and it was fine. I went to the gas station to get gas, turned the car off, then when I turned the car back on, it would not go into any gear. I found I have to put it in gear first, then start it, but then the first time it stalled, then it bucked real hard forward. I finally got it running and while I was driving it was fine, but whenever I can to a red light, I had to keep the clutch engaged and keep reving the motor. Can anyone help me?

I'm not sure about New Jersey but in my state I issued a speeding citation to someone and accidentally checked the radar box instead of "pace". On the citation, the officer must indicate how you measured the person's speed, by use of radar or pacing them with your patrol unit. While we were both standing in front of the judge, I explained that I had mistakenly checked the radar box but had actually paced the driver. The judge immediately threw the case out. I think that it may be worth a shot to try to contest the ticket. If an officer cites you for the wrong violation it can be dismissed. Good luck!

Have you had any recent falls or hits to the head? I'm not trying to be funny when I ask that - that really can be a sign of head trauma, and even with you being very young the possibility does exist that you may have had what are referred to as mini strokes. Granted, if you're in overall good health, with your young age, the chances of you having a mini stroke are very slim, but like I said, the possibility does exist. There are several cases where people have had mini strokes (even at a young age) and never really presented any signs of a stroke while the actual stroke was happening but then have these brain function problems similar to what you describe. Perhaps you should call your Dr and ask to be checked out?

Look very very very few kids relates to old literature and in many ways you can call it a dead language even though you can understand it. You got people complaining that kids of this generation hates reading. Well you are always going to have a kid that does not like reading but I am sure more kids will like to read on their free time if they were introduced to books written in recent times. No kid would want to read "The Catcher in the Rye" or To Kill a Mockingbird" over the "Harry Potter series" & "The Chronicles of Narnia." (I pick these books because people know them) In high school instead of reading Shakespeare they should read something from Dead Koontz or Stephen King. I am sure their are better choices out there than those but the point of my question is getting the attention of young minds and the books schools choose tend to not do that. Honestly I just don't think teaching Shakespeare is going to make you smarter or anything like that. I just believe reading new material will get kids reading more because they will relate to it easier.

I think the Notebook was a lot better, I can't believe so many people like Dear John. I was getting bored towards the Movie, because it just kept going and All the heart Break and It all just lasted too long and Didn't really have a point at the end, for everyone to be like " Ohhhhhh!". AGP and PCI-E refer to the video bus type, or method of transferring information to and from the video card. PCI-E is the newer and faster method and x16 just refers to the bandwidth of the bus. Any new motherboard will be PCI-E but if your computer is older (5+ years) then it will probably be AGP and the two types of cards are not interchangeable. If you have an older computer you will have to buy AGP or buy a whole new motherboard which will include buying a new processor and RAM as well.

My last period was July 26th, it ended the 30th. A had 'dry days' the 31 and 1. But the 2 through the 6 I was very 'wet' and was having cramps like I was going to start my period again but never did. If you are driving then its probably as easy to stay in plymouth, (there will be more choice ) and make the short trip , probably 3 miles ,over to the camp. If you stay in plymouth and want a nice area you cant go wrong by booking into somewhere on The Hoe. Cant recommend them as never stayed but couple of websites to check out. The Cranbourne. Well, in all reality, there isn't much that the league could do because it was a "he said/she said" thing. Maybe the league should mic up the refs so to prevent anything like this in the future. I have a 95 Thunderbird V8 4.6L engine with roughly 206K Miles on the OD. I have done these things myself and though service stations: Replaced ball joints, brake pads and rotors, Serpentine Belt, Oil changes every 2000 miles, K and N intake (Short Ram), Brake flush, Radiator flush, Fuel line flush, alternator, and a transmission rebuild all within a year. I recently also refitted the PVC valve tubing's that had been cracked. I am taking the car from FT Lewis, WA, to Buffalo, NY this summer and plan to drive strait through. How do you think the Engine will fair? It seems to be going strong but will eat a quart or so of oil every other week. No major leaks I am aware of. Is there anything I should be wary of in the meantime? Any other PM I can do to ensure it wont cr*p out on me? I think the car just has a lot of highway miles on it and was fairly well maintained. I think you should definitely give acting a try. It's a fantastic thing to be involved in. But I think you should definitely have a few other professions in mind. Being an actor or actress, even with years of experience, is a very difficult job. There are many actors out of work who have been acting for years. If you have the money, I would definitely sign up for some acting cles. I think you still have a chance at this but you need to be realistic. Also, if acting as a career doesn't work out, you can always do it as a hobby which is what I plan on doing.

In my condition, should I get contacts?

I was diagnosed with congenital glaucoma when I was 4 months old. I had to have surgery and havent had any problems out of my eyes since. You could do the whole play and the only props you'd need are two daggers. They're pretty much essential for the death of Duncan, and can be used as all the murder weapons throughout the play. Shakespeare didn't refer to props (though would have used some), and wouldn't have used scenery. His writing pretty much does everything. But it's hard to get away without seeing bloody knives. The most we ever see in a scene is two (though the end fight scenes would use swords ideally, you could do it with knives).

yo it's not that easy to explain i'll try but youtube is your best source. Ok first start wit one of your feet on the tail and the other in the middle of the trucks. Next you have to kick with the leg on the tail, as your board is going up raise your other leg and put your foot sideways. this is wat brings the board up with you. After that jump up and level out the board in mid air. I know this dosn;t help much but it's actually really hard to explain. Also very hard to learn. It'll take a while so dn't get fustrated and good luck.

Who's your favourite band ever? And why?

Just curious :) Mine's is by far Avenged Sevenfold (A7X). Best band ever, in my opinion. I just find it so special and personal they take music styles from bands they love and admire, and add in their own twist, and make it their own. What I think you don't see enough of is bands who aren't afraid to diversify, maybe they're scared they'll lose fans, but only true fans will stick by their side and not brand them "sell-outs." And bands who are not afraid to try something different, even if it means they could lose some of their fans. I believe a7x do all they can to make the music their own. Their lyrics are like stories, and are so profound and meaningful. Once you listen to Waking The Fallen, and can't make out 80% of the lyrics, then read them as you're listening, it blows your mind how complex and poetic each song is. They are, by far in my opinion, the best, most interesting and likeable band in the world and I feel privaleged to be such a huge fan, and I just wanna know if you feel the same about your fave band, and who they are :) Music is so important to me, I like to here other's perspective, it makes me smile when I see people who have a strong love for music like how I do :) thanks :)

My parents show wayy to much PDA?

My mom and dad are in there 40's, and act like hormone crazy teenagers. in my mind, yes, they are. Daniel briere has had average success in buffalo. If you discount last years 95+ pts, briere averages 50-60 points a season. Oh and him being a playmaker. please! being surrounded by young stars like afinogenov, vanek, roy, and pominville has been beneficial in terms of the way briere plays. CHEMISTRY was what happend last year in buffalo. if you take that away, i guarantee you will see the briere of old in philly. and Chris drury has been overrated in his career too. After winning lord stanley with the avs, he has had marginal success in calgary and buffalo. Sunday my cat cornered a very small bunny {domesticate breed yet ld). My granddaughter rescued, bought a cage for and needless to say, fell in love with. Today, for what ever reasons, dead!!!! Very sad little girl. Later this morning my little pal "The Proud Cat" brought home another bunny {headless}. He is very PROUD! I know a lot of you think it is gross and that my cat should be indoors. Oh well!!!! My concerns are with my granddaughter so I suggested the viewing of LION KING!!!! to remind her of the cycle of life.
