Where can I get free sound effects?

Me and My friends have a morning announcement thing during homeroom and the principle thinks it would be nice to make it sorta like a radio show. You know how they do it on Radio disney with all the sound effects. Well im looking for that for my computer. like you press a certain key on the keyboard and a siren goes off. or a crowd cheers. HELP please!
