So i am almost done all of V C Andrews books.... any ideas?

any idea on simular authors or books i should look for i have hard time getting into books hers is the only ones have been able to pick up and not put down... i tryed some dan brown read angels and demons loved it but went to de vinci code got half walk thoguth put down... any ideas???
