Which test is recommended, ACT or Sat?

Ok, so I already took the PSAT test this year [junior year], and already got my results. I did ok, not excellent nor poor. The major I'm planning on studying for is gynecology/obstetrician. I want to go to University of Arizona [U of A], and was told they accept either test scores. But which test is recommended, or which is better? Why?
