What do i need to start a basic make-up kit?

i'd say alls you need is mascara, eyeliner, and some lip gloss. select the colors by your hair .. if you have blonde eyelashes i'd go with a brown mascara and black or brown eyeliner. if you have darker eyelashes go with black eyeliner & mascara. a light pink or clear lipgloss will work for anyone. alsoooo i'd say just try a rite aid or walmart it's cheap and you can get some decent quality brands like maybelline
