How to get rid of two popped pimples fast!?!?

okay i felt this little bump on the of my nose and then after i got out of the shower, stupid me popped it. A little white string came out and now its just a big bump on my nose that hurts really bad if i touch it. i used bare essentials to cover that up and then i soon found that there was a another one on the side of my nose so then i popped that one too. now i just have to big red dots on my nose and they wont go away!! ps ive triend tooth paste and proactive refining mask.... ugh pleaseee help!!!!!!!!!
