Buy or not to buy? is it worth it?

i saw a dodge/plymouth neon today, that had a sport motor or whatever but it had a mitsubishi eclipse 5 spd in it and he said it needs a new clutch, but a modular clutch. i don't know if thats gonna be really expensive or not
