You could do the whole play and the only props you'd need are two daggers. They're pretty much essential for the death of Duncan, and can be used as all the murder weapons throughout the play. Shakespeare didn't refer to props (though would have used some), and wouldn't have used scenery. His writing pretty much does everything. But it's hard to get away without seeing bloody knives. The most we ever see in a scene is two (though the end fight scenes would use swords ideally, you could do it with knives).
