How scary is The Sixth Sense?

I'm 14 and don't like horror movies at all, but the Sixth Sense sounds pretty good. (The only horror movie I've seen is Final Destination 3.) Is it a scary movie? Like, scary at all? Also, is it worth the scare to watch it? Is it gory/gross?
