What figures of speech does Shakespeare use to craft Cius in Julius Caesar?

Hi, i am doing a school Project and i really need help because i need to find how Shakespear crafted Cius's character using figures of speech in Julius Caesar, i really cannot find any major figures of speech that Cius uses that really show his character.
