When are we going to settle this debate? Once and for all?

I've posted, and I've seen numerous posts about doing a "REAL TEST" to see who's who. Liberal ideas vs Conservative...All it would take is setting up 2 identical towns, cities or whatever and start with the exact same set up. Resources, infrastructure, etc...EVERYTHING THE SAME, except, the occupants...One group will be Cons the other Libs...Each group MUST rule, govern, educate, etc...EXACTLY like they preach, no exceptions...And let's see what happens...Like I said, I've seen many Cons pose this question, but NEVER a Lib, which gives it away right there...I know what would happen...One group will be a complete and utter failure, and have to beg(or demand)the other share their prosperity...Give me your crystal ball vision of what would happen?
