I am 14 yrs old and I do around 40 pushups, 40 pullups, 50 times squats, 20 times in abshapers, apart from jumping and warm ups. My daily diet consists of 6 medium chapatis (dry) , 2 catori dal (oilless), 2 gl of skimmed milk, and few fruits . My father tells me to eat more chapatis but I try to avoid and this has become a daily routine for me to resist his anger. What should be my proper diet.I am 47 kgs in weight.
