How do they make Tissue Rolls?

Tissue is made from the same things regular paper is made from. Wood fibers. Different papers have different recipes. The fibers from the wood are separated and boiled down so to speak. You can recycle and make your own paper braking down used paper. Cook it down and spread it over a screen and let it dry. Bleach it if you want. Either way you will end up with an egg carton-like textured paper.
