Family and business do not mix well. Especially if you are not blood. You should just keep quiet and find another job. For the sake of your marriage you need to work with non-family members.

I am a 24 year old girl living in the U.S i am originally from Colombia and and from a Colombia-Irish family. My mom & i moved back to the U.S when i was 15 but ended up going back home. I am with my partner for 8 years now and am engaged and i love him dearly. He was part of a very dangerous gang back home and i ended up leaving him as i could live with it anymore, He is now 3 years away from that lifestyle, He left so we could be together. We are both living in New Jersey near my family as my parents split and have jobs etc i finally got myself a really good job. I still go back to Colombia to see my dad, but my partner cant come with me as he is a 'marked' man there. Sometimes at night he will wake up with nightmares from his past and what he has done, i just wish he could forget it. He had so much hatred back there and lost control of his life to the gang. I feel like i don't know if i can live like this anymore. Sometimes i look at him and see him as an ex murderer that he was or whatever he did but i now see how changed he is, going to church etc. I really dont know what i should do. Any advice would be great & please dont judge me, Thank you.

Fish problem!!!!!!!!!?

okay so i have this orange platy that i got form the pet store about 2 weeks ago. but lately its stomach is discolored like almost a yellowish brown and bigger than usual. i looked up these symptoms online and they all point to the fish being pregnant. i'm not sure if the fish got pregnant at the pet store or in my home aquarium, but i do not have any other platys in my home aquarium. I have mollies, serpae tetras, a cory, a neon tetra, and a black skirt tetra. could any of these species of fish interbreed with my platy? i'm not completely convinced though, and neither are my parents. my dad said he'll beleive the fish is pregnant when you see a bunch of little black dots on her stomach, which he says are the baby fish eyes. i'm not sure if this fact is true, but if it is it seems like the fish would have be very far along to be able to see the baby fishes eyes. the problem is, my dad won't buy the floating breeding tank until he is sure its pregnant. now i don't know alot about fish, but i know that they tend to eat their young, so i would not like the fish to give birth without the breeding tank. are there any tell-tale behavior or signs of pregnant orange platys that i can show him to convince him? i'm trying to figure out how to upload a video so you can make the judgement on whether or not the platy is pregnant.

How do I do place them?

Well, I have dark circles under my eyes and I was reading online that putting 2 metal spoons in the freezer for half an hour then putting them over your eyes for 10 minutes would make the darkness go away. Well, how do I place the spoons over my eyes? Do I use the backside or the part where you use to eat it, I call it "the scoop." And do I cover my whole eye with the spoon or do I just put it over that specific part?
